The spacious double room at Crystall Goa Turquoise Edition was absolutely amazing! The room had a private entrance, which made it feel like our own little haven. The air conditioning kept us cool in the Goan heat, and we loved lounging on the balcony, overlooking the pool. The private bathroom with a bath was a luxurious touch, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day exploring.

Personally, I would have preferred a mini fridge in the room, but that's just my opinion. Others might still find it convenient.

Our stay at Crystall Goa Turquoise Edition was a complete disappointment. The hotel was still under construction and was far from being guest-ready. The room we were given was a temporary structure made of plywood and tin, and it lacked proper furniture. The so-called private pool turned out to be a tiny bath tub. There was no room service, and we had to go to another hotel for breakfast. The service was poor, and even basic amenities like an iron and hairdryer were not provided despite repeated requests. The only positive aspect was the size of the room, but the lack of proper cooling made it uncomfortable during the day. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
